If the beautiful grounds aren't enticing enough, perhaps a ghost story or two will draw you to Oak Alley. There have been numerous ghost sightings by employees, and more than one person has heard the sound of a horse drawn carriage making its way up the stone walk. Intrigued?
Stay overnight in one of Oak Alley Plantations bed and breakfast cottages, and perhaps you will create your own ghost story.
